Meet Dr. Jennifer Schmidt
I’m a mother and a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in perinatal mental health. I support women during pregnancy and the postpartum period, as well as fathers and supportive birth partners. My practice is fully online, offering flexible care for clients across Oregon.
In our work together, we focus on understanding what you are experiencing and what feels most present for you right now. This may include anxiety, low mood, grief, trauma, or changes in how you see yourself. As both a clinician and a mother, I bring professional training alongside lived understanding. We will move at your pace and begin wherever you are.
